Personal Coaching Philosophy:

Professional Life Coaching is one of the best leadership tools available to help good leaders become great leaders!  First of all, it teaches you to respect others and believe in them.  It teaches you how to help others “think for themselves,” and to solve their own problems without you “telling them what to do!”  Today’s highly competitive environment demands that individuals, businesses, churches and other organizations perform at higher levels and with greater expectation than ever before.

  • Life Coaching is the perfect tool for integrating basic coaching skills into personal leadership development programs.
  • Life Coaching helps participants learn a straightforward model that fosters individual growth, awareness, commitment and accountability.
  • Life Coaching prepares individuals to expand their skills to work effectively with people and with teams in businesses, churches and other organizations.

Successful leaders must place a new emphasis on individual and collective “buy-in, ownership and self-initiative” in the workplace.

“It’s a wonderful experience when a coaching client has an ‘Aha Moment’ and takes action on something they’ve been putting off for a long time.  It’s a great feeling for both of us.”
